I graduated from the department of Korean Language and Literature at Erciyes University in 2020. Throughout my education, I took courses focused on language and translation, and I conducted translation work as part of my coursework and for my graduation thesis. I spent nine months in South Korea as an exchange student between 2017 and 2018, studying at the Faculty of Language and Literature and attending a Korean language course. I chose to study Korean Language and Literature due to my interest in and curiosity about the historical and cultural similarities between Turkey and Korea. There is a profound and unique bond between the two countries—linguistically, culturally, and historically. Consequently, I aim to focus on Korean translation, further strengthen the cultural and historical ties between the two nations, and continue developing my skills in this field.
